FullScale Home Inspection is a family-owned and operated local business based in Clarksville, Maryland. Together, we strive to provide personalized and comprehensive home inspection services to residents of the greater Maryland area.

Led by Kelly Regan, a Certified Master Home Inspector, and Certified Maryland Instructor, our team includes Collin Regan, a Home Inspector, and radon technician.

How We Got Started

Kelly Regan, the founder of FullScale Home Inspection, has a deep-rooted passion for construction that began at a young age. Growing up, he watched his father build new homes and commercial buildings in Washington D.C. and Maryland suburbs. As a child, Kelly eagerly rode to work with his dad and spent his days on-site, absorbing his father’s vast knowledge of the trade.

Now, after 45 years, the roles have switched and Kelly is passing on his expertise to his son, Collin. Together, they strive to be the most dedicated home inspectors you will find. Kelly’s extensive experience in remodeling and new home construction, coupled with his father’s teachings, form the foundation of his expertise in the home inspection field.

He holds numerous qualifications, including being a Certified Master Inspector, a member in good standing with the International Association of Home Inspectors, an International Association of Certified Home Inspectors teaching partner, and a Maryland Approved Home Inspector Instructor.

Home Builder Experience

Kelly’s extensive home construction and design background gives him a unique perspective as a home inspector. With 14 years of experience as a custom home builder and designer in Howard and Montgomery County, Maryland, he oversaw every aspect of the construction process, from planning and design to the finishing touches. This gave him a deep understanding of the intricacies of new home construction and the importance of attention to detail.

Kelly’s passion for home construction and design has led him to become a highly skilled and experienced home inspector. He understands the complexity of residential properties and the importance of providing comprehensive, accurate assessments for his clients. At FullScale Home Inspection, Kelly and his team bring their extensive knowledge and expertise to every inspection, ensuring that clients have the information they need to make informed decisions about their potential home purchase.
